Marinades? So many options? Where to start!!

You need 3 things for a successful marinade:
  1. Oil – (this makes the marinade stick to the meat) I prefer EVOO
  2. Salt  – If you use sea salt, you are still good to go!
  3. Acid – This could be a fruit juice (lemon, orange, lime, etc) or vinegar
Now to get your flavors that you want, add any spices that you would like/love. 
I make my marinades in large amounts that way I can use it for multiple meals.  Try it, you’ll like it!
