Veggie Penne Pasta and Venison Bake

Pasta?  Veggies?  Mozz Cheee?  && Venison?  YES, PLEASE!!!!!

Even my soon to be 3 year old LOVED this minus the mushrooms!

1 box Veggie Penne Pasta
1 lb ground venison
28oz Homemade Spaghetti Sauce
Mushrooms
Onions
Garlic
Salt
Pepper
 
  1. Saute garlic, onions, and mushrooms
  2. Brown meat with your choice of seasonings and salt/pepper
  3. Once meat is done, add onions mix and 1/2 the spaghetti sauce to the pan
  4. Set that aside and cook noodles according to box directions
  5. Drain noodles and mix with meat mixture and the rest of the spaghetti sauce
  6. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  7. Transfer pasta dish to a 13 x 9 baking dish, cover, bake for 15 minutes
  8. Take out, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top
  9. Bake until cheese is melted/golden
  10. ENJOY!!!
