BBL Cardio Axe

5 rounds:

10 pushups

10 burpees

30 crunches

10 weighted sumo squats

Tuesday 11/27/12:

BBL Sculpt

Wednesday 11/28/12:

Rest day – Played outside with 3 y/o

Thursday 11/29/12:

5 rounds:

10 Burpees

15 weighted squats

10 step ups each leg

3 unassisted pull ups

10 resistance bands rotations each side

Friday 12/30/212:

Outside Jog – 30mins

Saturday 12/1/12:


Sunday 11/2/12:

Outside Job – 2 miles
